What happens if my website won’t be ready in thirty days?
We will be communicating with you every step of the way, if a delay does happen, you will know about it. However, some websites can take less than thirty days to be completed.
This seems too cheap.. what other costs are involved?
All our packages lay out the costs upfront. Following the initial payment, you will be charged £29 per month thereafter.
Am I locked in by a contract?
No contracts here! However, if you do choose to cancel your services with us, we do require a two-month notice.
How will I update the content on my website?
We will provide you with all the support and training needed to help you run your new website. When you’re done with us, you’ll be a website wizard!
Can I really get all this for just that little?
We are here for the small businesses that need professional and high-quality websites – but without costing a pretty penny. You will get a customised, responsive and modern website with simple navigation, as well as training on how to update it.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
If you decide to cancel your plan with us within the first 12 months, then your website will go offline. However, if you cancel after 12 months, we will provide you with a full backup to take to another provider.
